Fable: Next Chapters Part 6

"Hold your ground!" yelled Thunder.
"I'm gonna go over there and kill all of you!" a hero shouted out.
"Everybody, pair up!" said Whisper.
As they paired up, each pair faced in a different direction. Soon, they charged out and fought against the undead soldiers. Swords and axes traded steels with with each other. Arrows and bolts were shot, and landed on their marks. But, the undead wouldn't stay dead. As one fell, another rose. The heroes didn't give up though. They fought as long as they could. But even with their immense will and determination, the heroes saw themselves in a difficult situation.
"Where is the Guildmaster?" said a hero.
As the hero said that phrase, the Guildmaster arrived. To his horror, he saw his heroes trapped and surrounded.  With the strength of 10 men, the Guildmaster draws out his sword given by the three guardians, Avo's Tear, and hacked off the head of the nearest undead. Left and right, the Guildmaster chopped down the undead one by one, soon making a path for the other heroes to escape. As the other heroes try to escape, Whisper gets her leg caught by the piles of corpses and was trapped.
"Ah, get off me!" Whisper said.
The undead got closer and closer to Whisper. Thunder, out of pure anger, summons lightning from his hands and electrified the undead near Whisper to disintegration. Thunder then runs in, hacking any undead near him, and cuts off the corpses that had trapped her. He see's the undead surround him, and yells out to the Guildmaster. The Guildmaster quickly looks at Thunderand sees him picking up Whisper, and throws her to him. The Guildmaster catches Whisper in his arms.
"THUNDER, NO!" yelled the Guildmaster.
"Take good care of Whisper, Guildmaster." said Thunder.

Soon, the undead grew closer and closer to Thunder. With all his might, he fought and fought, but soon he was overcome by the onslaught of undead solders. As a final spelled he learned recently, he channeled all his will into a ball around his hands. As lightning sparked from his body, he aims the massive ball of lightning down to the ground. As he shot it down, the lightning exploded, and creates a shockwave of lightning across the battlefield, electrocuting many of the undead around him, and leaving him completely drained and to the brink of death.

But his sacrifice was in vain, for it did not give enough time for the heroes to escape. The heroes found themselves cornered in a street, and prepared for a final stand. But out of the corner of the Guildmaster's eye, a fleet of dragons soared in and laid waste onto the undead. Soon, The fleet flew in, burning all the undead to a crisp, and headed for Zurax. Zurax, upon seeing the dragons, fled and regrouped with his minions. Whisper rushed in, and goes to the body of Thunder.
"Thunder, say something, anything," said Whisper.
"W-What smells good?" joked Thunder.
As Thunder start to slip out of conscientiousness, Whisper buries her head into Thunder's arm. The Guildmaster and other heroes surrounded Thunder. Soon, a group of gray colored dragons flew in. A red dragon flies in as well.
"Let the Helstos in. Their breath can heal the wounded." says Tao.
Whisper stands back and lets the gray dragons in. The Helstos took a deep breath, and breathes a blueish green flame over Thunder. The Helstos stand back after breathing. Thunder, all healed, opens his eyes, and stands up.
"What did I miss?" said Thunder.
Whisper, overjoyed, runs in and hugs Thunder.
"You know, you almost got me worried." Whisper said.
"Wha, no 'How do you feel' after being healed, eh?" Thunder replies.
As they all head back to the Guild, Thunder scratches behind his head. His scratching uncovers a secret marking.
